Growth Or Decay, It’s Your Choice
What will it be for you today?
Everyday all of us make the choice between growth or decay. We either choose to sit around or get up and move. Activity, moving, is what our bodies were designed to do. Millions of years of evolution have equipped our bodies to deal with the demands of movement. Activity actually helps our bodies heal and grow. Lack of activity does just the opposite. When our bodies don’t get the activity they need things start to break. We gain weight, succumb to chronic health problems like diabetes and heart disease, and generally feel lousy.
Today’s society does its best to keep us on our butts as much as possible. Drive through windows, automobiles, office oriented jobs, television, and just about every other aspect of modern life makes it easy for us to choose inactivity over activity. All is not lost however. We have the ability to make choices and if we choose to become more active we can improve the quality of our lives almost immediately.
That is what this site is all about, activity and growth. If you are reading this you have probably made the decision to get more active or you are at least considering it. Good choice. Keep reading.
