Live The Active Life is about improving our lives through increased physical and mental activity, better health and fitness, and healthy eating. Our bodies and our minds are designed to be used on a daily basis. Physical and mental activity are necessary if we expect to live a healthy and long life. Without activity decay takes control of our bodies, making every day a little harder and ultimately shortening our lives needlessly.

The goal of Live The Active Life is to provide the information, tools, resources, and motivation needed to make activity an integral, and enjoyable, part of our daily lives. We focus on these main areas:
